Important Information about Late Fees – If the payment due is not made prior to the payment posting cut-off time on the day when the late fee grace period expires, a late fee may be assessed. The payment posting cut-off time varies by payment type. Please see below to learn the payment posting cut-off time for each payment type. Please refer to your contract for the amount of your late fee.
Phone & in person payments during regular business hours and payments by mail will be credited on the day they are received during normal business hours, (Monday through Saturday from 9-6).
